All product descriptions and pricing are accurate at the time of listing in the online platform.
Colours, textures or finishes may differ in person from what is represented when viewing on screen via a digital device such as a mobile, tablet or computer.
We may not be able to process your order if we cannot authorise your payment or there has been a system or hosting error on the website platform.
After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation detailing your order. You will then receive a dispatch notification during the 2-3 day order processing time.
Hatch is committed to dispatching orders within this timeframe and cannot be held responsible for a late delivery due to courier delay once the item has left Hatch premises.
Refunds are processed based on the condition of the returned item and should be sent back to Hatch in original condition. Failure to do so may result in a refund request being declined. Please note the return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer. Orders must be returned within a maximum time of up to 14 days from the dispatch date.
If you wish to cancel your order, you must notify Hatch as soon as possible, before an item has been dispatched. A refund will then be applied. If an item has already been dispatched, then the conditions in item 6 will be applied.
Please note, Hatch is selling on behalf of a range of designers and is not responsible for any damages or product faults. These will be directed direct to each designer.
Gift cards are valid for one online transaction. Orders must meet the minimum order subtotal face value to be redeemed. For example, if the gift card value is £20, the minimum order subtotal must be £20 at online checkout. Once the online code is entered at the checkout and the order is processed, this code will then no longer be valid. No change will be given and the gift card value cannot be exchanged for cash. By entering the online code you are aware that any outstanding amount after the transaction is completed will be forfeited. If a refund is requested, the funds will be returned via gift card and not cash. Please see secion 6 under Shopping Online for our refund policy.
